George Claridge died on 30 September 1890
William Biggs died on 1 February 1892. Will proved (Northampton) on 29 February by i) alone
Now in consideration of £245 paid to i) by ii) i) as trustee conveys to ii)
- cottage in High Street, Lidlington, with frontage of 49 feet, formerly in occupation of William Henman and then of William Biggs
- 2 cottages adjoining formerly in occupations of
Elizabeth Henman and Noah Smith and now of - Twelvetrees and G Biggs
