Folio 384. Draft letter from the Local Government Board to James Saunders, Clerk to the East Dereham Local Board in the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union. Referring to his letter of 3 February 1880, they write to enquire whether the loan of £700, advanced to the East Dereham Local Board for providing water supply for East Dereham has now been expended. If this is so that request to be furnished with a return of the particulars of expenditure.
