Neibor Soowel says as my brother's objection was the shortness of a 3-years lease he is writing to take it for 6 years ... willing to enter when it can be got properly fit which he tells J. Waldeck he believes cannot be by Lady Day. ... Sister Barber is very well - shirts & other clothes for the child made by Betty. - suggests settling annuity on [Isabella Everar?] for her own private use without her husband's knowledge, "it would be very acceptable to her." Sends account of Everard's expenditure June 1732 Nov. 1733 out of the "hous book" Aspley
