Includes eight views: 1) 'The Land East of the Cape of Good Hope, Hanglip'; 2) 'Cape Lagulus from the Eastward'; 3) 'Cape Infanta'; 4) 'The Land North of Cape Infanta'; 5) 'View of the Land near Mussel Bay'; 6) 'Cape Vaches'; 7) 'Cape St Blaize'; 8) 'Seal Cape'. Chart shows coastline, hydrography, topography, settlements, land marks, remarks including current observations. Colour manuscript. Watermark: 'J Whatman' [date illegible and partially missing]. Latitude and longitude indicated; no scale shown. Surveyed by William Walker, Master, Royal Navy, His Majesty's Store Brig Dispatch, 1817 and 1818
