Recitals:- Lease and release, 10 and 11 May 1842

1. Elizabeth Atkinson widow of John Atkinson, deceased

2. Robert Burrow and Jeffry Hebdon

Premises: estate, farm, lands and hereditaments in Lupton called Crab Tree Estate with closes belonging and in occupation of Richard Maudsley; also all that estate in Old Hutton called The Beckside Estate with closes belonging and in occupation of James Thompson and John Thompson; also three cottages with smith's shop, gardens, orchards at Nook in Burton parish and in occupation of Joseph Western, Jacob Crossfield, and Henry Watson; also part of estate with mansion or dwelling house and appurts. and closes belonging called Mosside in Preston Patrick in occupation of (1) and John Hayhurst - upon trusts therein declared

- Inclosure award, 3 February 1848

- Death of William Atkinson, second son of Elizabeth, 14 September 1855, leaving John, his elder brother as heir

- Death of Robert Burrow, 2 March 1865

Premises: [as recited in lease and release, 10 and 11 May 1842], with schedule of fields giving tithe nos. - in pursuance of trusts also all that freehold piece of land, allotment 10, formerly part of Lupton Common and purchased by Elizabeth Atkinson from Inclosure Commissioners, containing 3 roods, between ancient inclosures on east, Crab Tree Road on west, allotment 11 on north and allotment 9 on south
