Premises: estate, farm, lands and hereditaments in Lupton called Crab Tree Estate with closes belonging and in occupation of Richard Maudsley; also all that estate in Old Hutton called The Beckside Estate with closes belonging and in occupation of James Thompson and John Thompson; also three cottages with smith's shop, gardens, orchards at Nook in Burton parish and in occupation of Joseph Western, Jacob Crossfield, and Henry Watson; also part of estate with mansion or dwelling house and appurts. and closes belonging called Mosside in Preston Patrick in occupation of (1) and John Hayhurst - upon trusts therein declared

- Death of William Atkinson, second son of Elizabeth, 14 September 1855, leaving John, his elder brother as heir
