Luton Hoo: Printed book

Book purchased in November 1948 from Mr. Lowe (an antiquarian bookseller) and treated as a searchroom library item (class 130 LUT) until re-catalogued in May 1998.

Printed book: The History and Antiquities of the Chapel at Luton Park, a seat of the most honourable the Marquess of Bute by H. Shaw. Published by James Carpenter and Sons, Old Bond Street, and printed by W.Davy, printer, Gilbert Street, Grosvenor Square.

Contents include:
