Reciting the will of George William Marsh, of 6 Jul 1882, settlement of 29 Jan 1856, re-settlement of 14 Apr 1890: deed of 19 Jun 1897, and that by these, the Cannon Hall Estate is settled to uses to which (2) is tenant for life and (3) are trustees with powers of sale: that (1) has agreed to sell the lands to (2).

By this indenture, (1) conveys to (2), 7 enclosures of land at Clay Cliffe, Bargh, 32 acres 2 roods 30 poles, fronting the Barnsley and Cawthorne Road (plan included).
