By Sir ROBERT JENKINSON to JOHN SLOPER of Acton Turvill, co. Glouc:,yeoman, BRIDGETT LONGDEN, wife of Robert Longden and daughter of the said John Sloper, and JOHN LONGDEN, son of the said Robert and Bridgett, - for £300 - of a messuage or tenement in Hawkesbury called Vyzars house, with garden, orchard & backside belonging And a close of meadow adjoining called the Upper Innocke or Bences Innocke in the occupation of Henry Knight And also a close of meadow adjoining called the Lower Innocke or Vyzars Innocke in the tenure of Jeffery Lewes for divers years yet to come at the yearly rent of £7. And also another close of meadow called West Cotts Mead in Hawkesbury late in the occupation of Walter Walshe of Upton
Term, 99 years, if the said lessees or any of them should so long live; rent 40s. Signatures, John Sloper & John Longden and mark of Bridgett, seals gone
