From B Hay to J Masters. AT the 329th LTC on 18 December 1986 the TBO of the Viper Mk.301was discussed, in particular the confusion that mod V.3878 causes. It was decided that all engines should have a target life of 4,000 hours subject to: 1. Mods V.3535, V.3631, and V.3720 being embodied. Mod V.3878 is no longer a qualifying mod 2 samples at 3500 and 4000 hours Please amend RN10,100 accordingly
