Release and deed to lead the uses of a fine (1) Thomas Smith of Raynham, Kent, gent., (2) John Cooper of Shalbourne, yeoman.

Tenement in Shalbourne, occupied by William Whitway; closes called the Home Close (1a.) and Church Croft (1a.); 6 acres of arable adjoining Eastendfield; close of pasture on the Cowdown and close of pasture on the Sheepdown (9a.); 1 acre of arable in the Greatfield of Shalbourne in Shalbourne.

Consideration £260. (1) to levy a fine of premises to use of (2) and heirs for ever.
