a) Waterworks (sheets 1-11): proposed impounding reservoir in the parishes of Sedlescombe, Brede, Udimore (det), & Ewhurst, with dam at Powder Mill Farm; pipeline from the dam to Brede Valley Water Works (intended pumping station), in parish of Brede; further pipeline thence to intended service reservoir near Harrow Inn, Hollington Rural, in parishes also of Westfield and Ore; further pipeline thence by road in Borough of Hastings to join existing pipeline at junction of Battle Road, London Road, Sedlescombe Road South and Beaufort Road; also pipeline from spring at Riccards Farm, Whatlington, to existing well at Lower Marley, Battle, also in parish of Sedlescombe. Sheet 10 is overall plan showing limits of land to be acquired for the impounding reservoir. A footpath diversion is shown in the parishes of Brede, Ewhurst & Udimore (det.), and a bridleway is to be stopped up in the parishes of Sedlescombe and Ewhurst (via Austford).
b) Street Works (sheets 12-17): widening of Sedlescombe Road North, Hastings, between Burry Road and (near) Old London Road.
