John Fleming of Acton Scott, clerk, of one part, and Edward Fleming of Sipton Castle, esq. of the other. In consideration of £550 paid by Edward Fleming, release by John Fleming of all impropriation of Edgton, and all impropriate tithes, tenths, obventions and oblations, glebe land, etc. to have and to hold by Edward Fleming and his heirs to proper use of him. Warranted by John Fleming and Edward Fleming and heirs against all persons whatsoever. Further covenant that John Fleming not to revoke, alter, change, etc. conveyance of impropriation etc. to Edward Fleming andheirs who to be kept indemnified from all jointures, dowers, entails, etc. committed by John Fleming.
