Parties 1) George Constable late of Banbury, now of Chipping Norton, fishmonger. 2) Birmingham Banking Co Ltd. Property: Messuage and tailor's shop, formerly a grocer's shop in New St., Chipping Norton Recites that 1. is seised of the premises, and has requested 2. to open an account for him at their Chipping Norton branch. In consideration of this, 1. covenants that he will pay the balance due on his account from time to time and to secure this, he conveys the premises to 2, with proviso for redemption if he pays the amount due on his account at any time with £5% interest, providing the account does not exceed £300. 2. covenants to insure premises.
