Lists of pupils attending, Baker Billings' and Crow's Charity School

f.1. 1783. List of pupils, the boys' names being arranged in two groups, the first for Billings and Crow's gift and the second for Baker's gift; the groups each being arranged in four columns the first giving the name of the pupil, the second the year he entered the school, the third his age, and the fourth the year he attained the present year of his age. The total number of pupils, 26 is at the bottom of the page.

ff.2, 3. 1784. List of pupils, arranged as above, with total number of pupils. List of boys, petitioners to go out as apprentices.

ff.4-9. 1785-1790. List of pupils for each year, arranged as above, with totals. Date of the list endorsed on each folio, from 1787-1790.

f.10. 1791. List of pupils arranged as above, with totals for each charity and for the year, note, re Isaac Smith bound apprentice to Mr. Spell of Stoke, June 27 1791 and James Fullerton bound apprentice to Mr. Harris, 11 July 1791.

ff.11-12. 1792-1798. List of pupils arranged as above, with totals for each Charity and for the year.

ff.18-27. 1799-1808. List of pupils arranged as above, with totals for each charity and for the year and the name of Richard Watson, the teacher written on the bottom right hand corner of each list.

f.28. April 13 1813. List of pupils not arranged according to charities, arranged in five columns, names, parents names, age and date of attaining age, order in which application was made to the Trustees and general remarks, e.g. notes re previous applications, persons whom the pupils expect to be apprenticed to, reasons for pupils not taking up apprenticeship.
