Letter from A.C. Sandys to Rev. R.J. Davies.
He is sending some estimates. Brown is away.
He has made a cross where he thinks the estimate is.
Re. the 2 estimates, for the water close £47.4s. and £27.5s. the difference is preposterous, but the total amount £73.19s. has gone much beyond his calculations and is a large sum to lay on the property of another party on the chance of remaining 2½ years on the premises. On hearing his opinion of the estimates he will alter a proposal about the outlay.
