By assignment and appointment for £500, from (a) Alexander Burden and (b) John Bacon to (c) Stephen Blunden of Poling, yeo.
(a), in consideration of £50, and (b), in consideration of £450, assign property I to (c), for the residue of the above mortgage term of 1,000 years, and (b) appoints property III to (c) to hold for 10,000 years.
Endorsed, 10 July 1829, with surrender of said mortgage term of 10,000 years, to merge in the freehold reversion, from George Blunden of Poling, yeo. (exor. of will, 7 Jan. 1806 (proved 7 Nov. 1811) of Stephan Blunden, whose wife, Fanny, renounced the probate thereof) to Philadelphia Hart of Worthing, widow (dau. of said John Bacon, dec'd), and John Bacon of Worthing, fisherman (elder son and heir-at-Law of Samuel Bacon (d. 16 July 1826) who was son of said John Bacon, dec'd.).
