Letter of John Padmore, 5 Charlotte Row, Long Lane, Southwark to William White, Grand Secretary, Moderns' Grand Lodge sending ten admission tickets for the Country Feast. Seeks White's attendance at the Feast and asks the Grand Secretary to sell tickets, retunring any unsold tickets by 3 July. With endorsement by William White indicating that the ten tickets were returned to John Padmore.

Country Steward's Lodge was granted a warrant by the Moderns' Grand Lodge on 25 July 1789 and met as No. 540 at the Guildhall Coffee House, Gresham Street, London. In 1790 the Lodge moved to the Freemasons' Tavern, Great Queen Street, London. The Lodge was renumbered as No. 449 in 1792. The Lodge made its last payment in 1799 and lapsed about 1802.
