The partnership agreement was initially for eleven years - James Bury, John Bury and Charles Miller remained in the partnership for the full term, but Samuel Lloyd withdrew at the end of 1801 and Christopher Nockells at the beginning of 1804. The partnership was finally dissolved 25 Mar. 1813.
