Particulars and conditions of sale of land in Pavenhamto be sold by auction by Robinson and Hall at the Lion Hotel, Bedford on October 23rd 1926 by instruction of the executors of Jonas Rhodes deceased viz:
(a) Four cottages being 22, 23, 24 and 25, Long Row with large gardens in occupation of Mrs C Wildman, Mrs A Hall, T Clare and E Hulatt.
(b) Four cottages being 26, 27, 28 and 29, Low Row with large gardens in occupation of G Wildman, Jabez Hulatt, Mrs James Purser, Joseph Westley
Includes pencil markings in margin; and general remarks recording owners of abutting land.
