Lease and release of a messuage or farm in the parish of Stowe called Lurkenhope alias Lower Lurkenhope alias the farm, close pasture called Dolley (19a) Round meadow (8a) the White Meade (12a), the Calfs close (1½a), the Black Meadow (10a), Dockey meadow (11a), Coppers Meadow (4a) close arable and pasture called the Farm Field (40a) 30a land and pasture called Mayes Gwasteth on which a messuage formerly stood sometime in possession of John Boyden, 3 acres land whereon a messuage formerly stood theretofore in possession of Griffith ap Thomas, 4a land whereon a messuage formerly stood in occuation of Richard Hoyle, 2 acres land whereon a messuage formerly stood in occupation of John Williams, 8 acres on which a messuage formerly stood in occupation of Evan Moore, 21 a. in the fields of Stowe, close pasture called Cockshut close (12a), close pasture called Milne Moore (6a), close or field called Overy field by house formerly of Thomas Powell (12a), close on backside of orchard (10a), close where barn and dovehouse formerly stood (6a), close pasture called Burn Davies (10a), close called William's meadow (3a) all in Stowe, Clun, and Lurkenhope, now or late Walter Phillips at rental of £260; coppice called Kinsley (350a) in Stowe township (Richard Lyster); to use of Velantine Vickers his heirs and assigns.
