Beth Jacobs and her late husband Bud were very involved with J.L.B. activites. Beth started the Girls Brigade in 196. Bud was a Trumpeter and worked with the Doug Swallow Band and later with the Phil Moss Band. Beth is the grand-daughter of the Baker family of 140 Stocks Street. The daughter of Esther, nee Baker and Sam Mehlman.
