2. HOLFORD John Wilson c Thomas Holford for tithe hay. Gives custom of payment in lieu of tithe in kind - libel, deposition, interrogation, sentence.
3. CHESTER (ST MARY) Nicholas Stevenson c William Bracegirdle for tithe of cattle pasturing in manor of Hambridge Lach. Lands were formerly those of nunnery of St Mary and paid 1 wheatsheaf in 30 of corn to nunnery - libel, responsions, interrogations.
4. FRODSHAM John Davies vicar c Richard Nangreave for tithe dues on farm house - libel, depositions, interrogations.
5. LEIGH James Hatton of Chowbent c Thomas Hulton nailer for breach of promise, to Joan Hatton.
