Lease for 14 years at £73.10.0. per annum, reserved game and mineral rights that were granted by Richard Legh Esq., to Edward Downes for 3 lives, of tenement in Adlington, Co.Chester, called Hibbert Brow lately held by Lawrence Wilson.
