Description

John Davies the elder of Alport in the parish of Churchstock in the county of Montg. and John Davies the younger of Marrington in the parish of Chirbury.

2 Charles Humphrey of Pennant 3 William Davies of Allport and William Downes of Churchstock.

Consideration 5/- paid by Humphreys to the Davies.

Release. Messuage called Ty yn y Llwyd Allt in Myvod in the tenure of John Davies and one other messuage in the occupation of David Cadwallader with lands ....... turbary sheepwalks ......... Humphrey to suffer a prosecution on a writ of entry sur dissesin (By Downes and William Davies). Humphrey vouches to warranty Davies who vouch the common Vouchee who after disappears in contempt of court.
