Farmboroughts; the jury upheld the plaintiff's rights but the defendant, the Proprietor of the Province, that is Thos. Penn, has pleaded the Statute of Limitations & a further hearing at law is ordered - Suggests interviewing T. Penn himself in London, Or his wife - Other similar claims, e,g. Dr. Dinsdale of Hertford has a right to 5000 acres - Possible reasons why the deeds were lost.
