At Risby
(i) Thomas Purdy, clerk, of West Stow, Richard Nele, clerk, of South Pickenham, Norfolk, Robert Gery, clerk, Thomas Beele of Hokham [Hockham, Norfolk?] and Ralph Beele, brother of the said Thomas to (ii) Thomas Chirche, clerk, of Risby, Nicholas Sutton, gent., John Page, sen., of Westley, Thomas Brown, yeoman, Robert Webbe of Great Saxham, John Chirche, jun., of Redgraveand Ralph Bokenell of Hargrave.
Grant of a messuage in Risby, between the house of the rector of Risby, E. and land of Thomas Lucas, esq., called Charmans, W., abutting N. on land of the said Thos. Lucas called Charmans and S. on the highway, the said messuage being lately held by (i) with Ralph Beele, clerk, of Risby, now deceased, by the feoffment of William P -- of Risby, as appears in a charter given at Risby on 4 March 1503.
To hold to (ii), of the chief lords, to the use of the said Thomas Chirche and his heirs.
(i) appoint Richard Cook, chaplain, and William Mannyng their attornies for delivery of seisin to (ii).
Witnesses to delivery of seisin: John Rypley, chaplain of Westley; John --, Roger Page; Edmund Webb; Thomas --; Thomas Everard; Robert Beele.
