messuage in Coppergate, now in the possession of Joshua Truslove, saddler, adjoining the little house belonging to the parish of St Michael, Spurriergate, on one side, Mr William Hauxwell, cabinet maker, at the back, the house belonging to the Rev. William Beckwith of Nun Monkton on the other side, and facing the Horse Shoe Inn to the front; annual rent: £4 10s.
