Description (What the record is about)
-
For illustration of Ann Taylor's poem 'My Mother' from Original Poems for Infant Minds. [Prints after these designs may have appeared in a late edition of Original Poems. The first edition, 1804 had only a frontispiece illustrating the first poem 'Little Ann and her Mother in Cavendish Square and the little Beggar Girl']
On the reverse of one of the designs is mounted a print [of an illustration for 'Little Ann and her Mother ...' This is not as drawn and engraved by Isaac Taylor for the first edition, but is much altered from the original and is possibly from a later edition of Original Poems.
