Lease and release, the release being of five parts from Richard Willington and John Tarlton (both as above), assignees of the estate and effects of William Holmes (as above), a bankrupt, with the privity of the last-named to John Reeve of the same, gent., in consideration of £1160 paid by John Reeve the amount of his the highest bid at auction to Thomas Lee of Edgbaston near Birmingham, gent., in part discharge of the mortgage, DR 36/66 above, of a house, cottage and lands in Studley (being part of the properties disposed of under DR 36/70 above), and assignment by Thomas Lee to John Morgan of Coughton, same county, gent., as trustee of John Reeve of the residue of a term of 1000 years in the same.
