Description (What the record is about)
-
Correspondence of Isaac Taylor (1759-1829), his wife and children (especially of Isaac Taylor (1787-1865). These letters were apparently retained by Henry Taylor for the information they contain on the family's movements, their literary and artistic works, and in particular the early career of Isaac Taylor (1787-1865). The section also includes copies made by H.T. and his notes on the correspondence. In the list no attempt has been made to indicate every reference to members of the Taylor and Conder families, but every significant reference has been listed.
