Indenture, bargain and sale feoffment.
1) Thomas Symons and
John Horrocks both of Derby, gents.
2) William Strutt of Derby, esq.
3) Francis Jessopp of Derby, gent.
Reciting agreement between Thomas Symons and John Horrocks for sale of two third parts and one third part, respectively, of property as follows, now for £9.9s. paid £6. 6s. to T.S. and £3. 3s. to John Horrocks, (1) to (2) small slip or parcel of ground (11 sq. yds.), part of garden to messuage in possession of T.S., lying next to yard and stable of (2); also small plot of land (7 sq. yds.) on which privy of messuage stands, lying between coalhouse, formerly stable, of messuage east, chicken pen and privy of (2) west, kitchen south.
