(3) pp. 23-662, Proceedings at Manilla relative to the ship Helsingoer (Capt. Daniel Murray) alleged to be Danish, but supposed to be English. (4) pp. 665-868, Case of the ship Helsingoer and opinion of Mr. George Rous as to the culpability of David Scott & Co. who apparently were trading with the enemy port of Manilla through the Danish (neutral) firm of Duntzfelt & Co. of Copenhagen. (5) pp. 875-88, Affidavit of Daniel Paine 19th Dec. 1798. (6) pp. 881-924, Letters from Stephen Locatelli and Petrus Everhardus Camper to David Scott & Co., William Thompson, Messrs.
