Marsh Farm: sale of 72.45 acres of land to Luton Borough Council for residential development, including 4.68 acres at Chaul End sold for industrial purposes; and re-letting (by licence instead of annual tenancy) to Messrs. Ford Bros. of Marsh Farm of 23.145 acres of land including the Waulud's Bank area, Marsh Farm itself and two cottages. Includes schedules of tenant's improvements and correspondence on claims under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1948 section 70 by Ford Bros. in respect of payments for tenant right and disturbance compensation.
