Note of undertaking by William Roberts of Long Marston farmer, to execute a mortgage to J. R. Griffiths, solicitor of Campden, of a messuage and lands in Pebworth, and acknowledging the receipt of £50, being part of the sum of £200 agreed to be advanced.
Also two other receipts, dated 2 March 1831 and 19 April 1831, for a further £50 each.
