I. Lands as in DDX 231/6 now remaining unsold (area 1a. 2r.).
II. Four adjoining pieces of land in Monks Coppenhall (commonly called Crewe) on n.side of new road from Oak St. to Wistaston, with public house and 5 cottages now in course of erection.
Consideration: £560 now, £440 on completion of buildings.
