Award : by Thomas, Erle of Derbye, Lorde Stanley, and Grete Constable of England -- between Cuthbert Clifton, esq. and his uncles Nicholas, John, Henry, James, and Hugh concerning title to properties in Clifton, Skales, Salwick, Westby, Plumpton, Elliswike, Grenowe, Barker, Wra, Kirkham, and Newton. C.C. to make an estate of the properties, to the value of £20 to Thomas Laurence of Assheton, John Rigmaiden, James Butteler, and John Skelycorne, they granting to N., J.H., J. and H. an annuity of 4 marks 5s.4d., with a further 8/- after the death of Mabell wife of William Bradkirk. Heraldic seal.
