(1) Richard Chyv[e]rdon of Freshwater, mason, Henry Trenchard and William Hawles, Esq., and Thomas Legge of Newport, gent.
(2) Joanna, late wife of William Chyv[e]rdon
The said Richard Chiverdon and Henry Trenchard are bound to said Joan, William Boget, Phillip Sherman and Thomas Baret in £12, to pay 10 marks, of which 5 marks is in hand and 5 marks is to be paid in portions of 16/8 on the first of St. John the Baptist each year until all is paid.
