3. Richard Pritchard of Shrewsbury, hatter, eldest son and heir of Samuel Pritchard and Mary
4. John Edwards of Great Ness, Esq.
Recital of the will of Samuel Pritchard 2 Sept. 1802 giving all houses and lands in Meole Brace lately bought from Thomas Jelf Powys Esq. to Jos. Carless and John Beck on trust to sell.
For £80 1s 3d they sell to John Edwards that or those quillet or quillets of land (3r 2p) in Meole Brace in a field called Brook Piece (now or late John Sayer, miller) and all other the land late of Samue Pritchard in the said field.
