Fullard was a Sheffield-born artist who studied at the College of Arts and Crafts, 1937-1942. His work now at the Learning Centre formed his submission to the Royal College of Art. Examples of Fullard's sculptures and drawings are owned by a number of galleries and museums, including the Arts Council and the Tate Gallery. Several bronze sculptures are on public display in Sheffield city centre.
