From a junction with the Midland main line to London in Barford (Northants.); through Rushton, Stoke Albany, Wilbarston, Ashley (Northants.); Medbourne, Blaston, Hallaton, East Norton, Loddington, Tilton, Halstead, Marefield, Owston & Newbold, Burrough on the Hill, Twyford, Great Dalby, Melton Mowbray, Sysonby, Welby, Holwell, Ab Kettleby, Nether Broughton, Long Clawson (Leics.); Colston Basset (Notts.); Hose (Leics.); Langar cum Barnston, Cropwell Bishop, Cropwell Butler, Bingham, Shelford, East Bridgford, Gunthorpe, Lowdham, Caythorpe, Gonalston, Epperstone, Oxton, Farnsfield, Bilsthorpe, Rufford, Edwinstowe, Ollerton, Perlethorpe cum Budby, Bothamsall, Worksop (Notts.); terminating in a junction with the main line of the MS& LR.
