Parties:-

(1) Elizabeth Wegg of Acton, spinster.

(2) Robert Langley Appleyard of Lincoln's Inn, gentleman.

(3) John Webb of Long Ditton (co. Surrey), 1 Esq.

House near the town of Acton, formerly in the tenure or occupation of Sir Joseph Ayloffe Holding, afterwards of Samuel Wegg, Esq., dec'd., then George Samuel Wegg, Esq., dec'd. brother of (1), with outbuildings and 2 acres of land. Parcel of land (6.1.14), part of Pond Field or Close, formerly divided from said house by Mill Lane. Parcel of land (2.2.11), part of close abutting on Pond Field on S. Parcel of land (2.2.32), part of close abutting on last mentioned close on S. Close of meadow (9 ac.) abutting on gardens of said house on S., on Seven Acre Piece on N., on Springfield on E. and on Mill Lane on W. All purchased from Benjamin Lethieullier by said Samuel Wegg and now part of 2 paddocks belonging to said house, containing in all 45 ac.

Messuage and bailiffs house with buildings appertaining and close of pasture called Home Field (4 ac.). And Mill Lane field (5 ac.) abutting W. to lane from Twyford to Acton Mill and E. on Seven Acres called Springfield. And seven acres abutting E. on the spring next to premises of Charles Somerset, Esq. All which said fields are now part of the Farm Fold Yard, kitchen gardens and paddocks behind said house and were purchased by said Samuel Wegg from the Dean and Chapter of St. Pauls. Parcel of land (3.0.8.), parcel of Springfield, abutting W. on Nine Acre Close, S. on other lands of said Samuel Wegg purchased from said Dean and Chapter of St. Pauls.

Parcel of land (3.0.8.), parcel of Springfield, abutting W. on Nine Acre Close, S. on other lands of said Samuel Wegg purchased from said Dean and Chapter, N. & E. on Seven Acre piece and Springfield, also part of said garden and paddocks.

All said recited land in Acton is now laid together and bounded on W. by lane leading from the High Road to Uxbridge to Masons Green, dividing the same from other land of (1) on N, on N.E. by land of Mr. Willan, on E. by premises of Mr. Antrobus and Mr. Gee and on S. by premises of Mrs. Way deceased. (Excepting from lands bargained and sold herein piece of land heretofore part of waste of manor of Acton, granted by late Bishop of London, Lord of said manor, to Samuel Wegg, the father of (1).
