Description

J.A. Carnall, Procurator, [Sedgley Park School], to [the Rt Rev. William Bernard Ullathorne, Bishop of Birmingham]; refers to a meeting between the two whereby Carnall brought to the Bishop's attention the systems in place at Sedgley Park which he felt occasioned the death of 'young Lacy' and others; goes on to report that the Latin Master has left 'thoroughly disgusted at the state of things at the Park'; requests again that his Lordship steps in to prevent a scandal.
