Catherine Whitmore of No.64 Regency Square Brighton, Sussex, Widow.
Exors. and Trustees: Sons, Rev. George Whitmore, Clerk, and Henry Whitmore of No.68 Eaton Place, Middx, Esq. M.P.
Legacies: i. George Whitmore, all my plate, plated and electro plated articles.
ii. Daughter Emily Elizabeth, wife of General Wilmot of Great Malvern Worcs, all dinner and dessert services
iii. Daughter Lucy Georgiana wife of Colonel John Forbes, All household furniture linen china glass and other articles of household use or ornament, but not pictures and books and all my wines liquors and household stores.
iv. Daughter in Law Lady Louisa Ann Whitmore of Apley Park Salop, widow of son Thomas Charlton Whitmore deceased, £250.
v. Servant Thomas Joseph Watkins £100.
vi. Dorothy Watkins (wife of T.J.W.) £50.
vii. Maid Elizabeth Marchmont £100.
viii. Trustees: £1500 upon trust, to invest and pay income to Lucy Georgiana during joint lives of her and husband, .... after their deaths, for their children ....
ix. All real estate and residue of personal estate equally between children George Whitmore, Henry Whitmore, Emily Elizabeth Wilmot, Lucy Georgiana Forbes and Catherine Mary Countess of Bandon as tenants in common.
