Debts and legacies payable before death of wife Mary to be paid from stock and effects on rented farms at Gamston and Annesley Park.

All real estate to wife for life, then:-

To d. Sarah, wife of Jos. Silverwood, messuage, croft and close in Toton and Chilwell for life, then to s. Thos.

All other real estate to s. Thos.

To Thos., tenant right and possession of rented farms (except use of far parlour at Gamston to wife for life).

To wife, all money at Gamston.

All other personal estate at Gamston and Annesley Park to Thos., wife having choice of household goods.

To d. Ann Morris, household goods and stock on farm where she lives at Bassingfield.

To servant Wm. Sanday, £5.

All residue to s. Thos. in trust for wife for life, then to pay:-

To 3 ds. Mary Newton, Sarah Silverwood and Ann Morris, 1s. each.

To grandsons John, Sam. and Thos. Morris, £70 each, and to grandd. Sarah, £50, children of late s. Sam., when 21.

To children of Sarah S., £80 to share when 21 after death of Sarah.

All residue to s. Thos., executor.

Codicil: £50 only to grandsons.
