- Ports: Wales: Fishguard, detailed report. Phase 2, Part 7 - Dinas Head to St David's Head, which was never completed. Section 10: appendices - Appendix A: chart of harbour. Wales - West Coast, Fishguard Bay. Admiralty Chart Number 3580. Surveyed by Captain WF Maxwell, Royal Navy, assisted by Staff Captain TC Pascoe, Royal Navy and Mr EA Forbes (1905), including 1934 soundings surveyed by qualifying class HMS Dryad. Corrected to 1953. Scale: 1:10620.
