Mortgage of a messuage in Middle Row, Newport (former tenant William Rowley tallow chandler, then Mr. Henry Noton Gamble at £5.15.0. rent), a second messuage (tenant William Collierwatchmaker, formerly Samuel Phillips, at £6.15.0. rent), for term of 500 years.
Witness:- Thomas Ridding.
Exhibited to Egerton Leeke, John Marshale, and John Pritchard in the matter of Charles Jenks bankrupt, 24 November 1795.
