Copy Terrier of the glebe lands and buildings, Vicarage House (built 1817) and old house (still standing), Churchyard, small tithes, Fees due to Vicar and parish clerk, the Church and its furnishings (plate, registers, bells), signed by Vicar, Churchwardens, and eight inhabitants. (9pp.) 24 September 1822
Also contains various notes on subsequent additions to the glebe and alterations to the Church and Vicarage etc., 1849-1967, as follows:
pp.8-9 Enlargement of Vicarage, and augmentation of Vicarial glebe by the transfer of the Rectorial Glebe at Grange Farm, and on exchange of lands with the Duke of Bedford 1849-1850
9 Note on glebe land at Hunger Hill, Biggleswade, 1850
10 Additions to the Vicarage, 1877
10-11 New roof to Chancel and other repairs, including new windows and altar, 1878.
11 Restoration of roof of nave and aisles, new windows, and repair of Chancel screen, 1880
13 East window made by Burlison and Grylls dedicated by the Bishop of Lincoln, 29 July 1890.
15 Restoration of tower by Foster of Kempston, 1894; new pulpit 1894; Bells quarter turned and rehung by Taylor of Loughborough 1897.
17 New stained glass window in clerestory by Burlison and Grylls, in memory of Charles and Anne Street, 29 September 1900
