Charity Commission orders for the years 1953, 1968, 1970, 1972; deeds of appointment of new trustees of the Derbyshire Miners' Welfare Convalescent Home and Holiday Centre in Skegness for the years, 1966-1967, 1970 and 1972; a deed of exchange of a land situate at Skegness between the Trustees of the Skegness Miners' Welfare Convalescent Home and Holiday Centre and Skegness Urban District Council, dated 1 August 1968; and various conveyances and abstracts of title:
