Vol 3 Appendices to both cases, which includes depositions from witnesses and also a draft lease of 17 January 1821 granted by Rev Peter de Beauvoir to William Rhodes; Exhibit 'D', bond for £10,000 also dated 17 January 1821, William Rhodwa to Thomas Snr, Thomas Jnr and JOhn Tebbutt; Exhibit 'H', a coloured lithograph plan of district round the Rhodes and De Beauvoir estates, Dalston/De Beauvoir Town; Exhibit '100', coloured lithograph plan of De Beauvoir Town estate as laid our for building by Rhodes, includes existing Warburton's Mad House, formerly Balmes House. Selected pages: negatives G4990-4994.
