Premises: 4 closes called Benson Wife Close, and the three Moss Closes and stable or out-house adjoining, all at Strickland Kettle, with appurts., also a barn or lathe at Stricklandgate end, Kendal, late belonging to George Dodgson of Kendal, deceased, devised to (1) by will of said George Dodgson on trust (except for any timber growing on premises, (1) may enter upon premises and take wood away
Rent: £26 10s. for first year, £27 yearly for remainder of term
Covenants: (2) to repair walls, except wall by River Kent; (2) to pay all parochial taxes; (2) not to plough more land than he has manured
